Spanish Heroes Reunite For Tour |

Spain's most successful rock act, Heroes del Silencio, is to reunite for a 10-date tour of the United States, Latin America and Spain. Heroes del Silencio, which disbanded in 1996 after a twelve-year career, sold an estimated 5 million-plus units of its four studio and two live albums.
The band's label, EMI Hispavox, last November released "The Platinum Collection," a triple CD of 30 of the band's songs with 12 previously unpublished numbers. At that time, a re-grouping of Heroes was ruled out.
Five concerts have been confirmed so far: Sept. 15 in Guatemala City's Army Stadium, Guatemala; Sept. 22 in the City Club in Buenos Aires, Argentina; Sept. 29 in El Forum, Los Angeles; Oct. 6 in Foro Sol, Mexico City; and Oct. 12, in La Romareda soccer stadium in the band's home city of Zaragoza, Spain. Marisa Corral, of the group's management company Rock and Chicken, says the other five concerts will be revealed later.
